CNN's Brooke Baldwin Defends Being Word Police Over "Mob"
There's hardly a reporter on CNN that is a bigger boob than Brooke Baldwin (see HERO: Clay Travis on CNN Says “I believe in the First Amendment and Boobs.” Yes, Really! and This Woman Won $20k for Embarrassing CNN, Yelling ‘Boobs’). Jim Acosta, Chris Cillizza, and Brian Stetler may form the Holy Trinity of CNN sucktitude. But Baldwin is their nanny. Her new trick is that she's triggered over the word "mob." Which as she explains to Stephen Colbert, is just her being a good journalist.

"I don’t want to be the word police... but I also believe in calling out talking points. And to hear him bring that up, I had to say something."
If "calling out talking points" was the standard for cable news, no one would have anything to say.
Also "calling out the use of mob" was the talking point from the DNC, pretty sure. See the video below. Because there's nothing wrong with labeling a mob a mob. Brooke here didn't like it because it was used effectively against Democrats. So effectively it had to be stopped. So effectively now the official GOP is running with it.
But that's not what this is about. It's about Americans seeing unhinged liberal mobs acting like unhinged liberal mobs. Hence the concern for Boobs Baldwin in making sure it's not labeled as such.
