Yesterday, we shared the tale of a disgruntled commie at Florida State. She went nutso on some young Republicans, flinging her chocolate milk at them for being "pro-fascist." You don't have to be a lawyer with doctor wife to know throwing things at people is a legal no bueno.

The constabulary seems to agree. They're charging this Marx-loving thrower of chocolate dairy with battery:

Police at a Florida university have arrested a student who allegedly assaulted at least one College Republican, according to a Friday announcement.

Florida State University police arrested FSU student Shelby Anne Shoup after the release of a viral video in which Shoup threw her drink at a College Republican and kicked over a Ron DeSantis campaign sign.

“FSU is a diverse community that values and respects each person,” the school posted on Twitter Friday. “FSU expects each member of the community to embrace the values of civility and ethical conduct and obey the law. Regarding Tuesday's incident, the individual was identified, arrested and charged with battery.”

Finally, a little justice for a change.

You're free to debate all you want. Though you're crossing the line the moment the fists and the Nesquik start flying. You can be sure the blue lights will flash and the cuffs will go clickety-click. On the bright side, she'll have plenty of time to educate her cellmates on the finer points of Marxist theory.

I'd love to hear this milk-tosser's defense in court. "I know I should have kept my hands and my sippy cup to myself, but they're Republicans.As in Nazis. That DeSantis sign might as well have said 'death to Jews.' Come on, the milk wasn't even pasteurized. Can I get a 'not guilty?'"

Hopefully, these battery charges will be a valuable lesson for Comrade Lactose-Lobber's lefty peers. Actions have consequences. If you make things physical without cause, you'll land yourself in the slammer. Faster than socialism forces poor folk to shop for groceries at the local zoo.
