Meet Jacob Ellenhorn, a Student Senator at the University of Southern California. He's being impeached, or at least they're trying to have him impeached, because he thinks the wrong things. Dirty things. Conservative things. Ew. The nerve.

Shockingly not shocking, leftist bastions of you must comply or die is what college is now (see Western Washington Students Post Demands to Fire People over 'Microagressions' and Liberal College Students Require Counseling Over Traumatically Offensive… Sombreros?!).

Conservative student senator Jacob Ellenhorn, who attends the University of Southern California, is the latest student to get caught up on the campus war of politically correct culture. A complaint was filed against him by student Diana Jimenez, Student Goverment Program Board Executive Director, seeking to remove him from office, and freezing his student government stipend payment. She lists several violations of student bylaws by Ellenhorn, who is also the USC college Republican campus president. Probably her most controversial concern is that “his involvement and programming has created hostile environments for our USC student body, and has also violated the USC Principles of Community by bringing a speaker and moderating an event that blatantly perpetuates sexism.” Yes, it appears Ms. Jimenez didn’t like Mr. Ellenhorn’s choice of campus speakers, which included Milo Yiannopoulus. Yiannopoulus is an editor at the conservative website Breitbart.com and was also a controversial figure in the Gamergate saga. Apparently, he wrote some posts that some considered sexist.

Fight the power.

This is exactly the sort of thing that must be done to combat pervasive leftist attitudes on campus. No doubt the leftist activists on campus have done anything and everything they can to bully, intimidate and mock Ellenhorn into silence/compliance. Rather than shrinking away like a feminist hides from shampoo, Ellenhorn is pushing back. He's doubling down.

Leftism doesn't stand up to criticism of any kind. As conservatives we already know that. But there are plenty of people who fall between conservatism and leftism who are blissfully unaware of leftist's silencing tactics. Ellenhorn's pushback isn't going to change the minds of any leftist. They lack the proper brain composition for critical thought. But Ellenhorn's pushback will show people who do have more than two brain cells to rub together, just how intolerant these preachers of tolerance are. Ellenhorn is showcasing leftism's intolerance, its thuggery, its penchant for silencing any and all opposition to its tenants.

We need more students like Ellenhorn to rise up to the three-headed monster that is campus leftism. We need more fighters eager to strike it down. To show the world it can be done. Because leftism can be defeated. Leftism relies on fear to be successful. All it takes is for someone like this student who doesn't succumb to the fear, who instead laughs in its face.

Bravo, sir. Bravo.
