The movie tastes of the critics in Hollywood are, to put it plainly, terrible. With the release of the new Netflix documentary about the left's lord and savior Fauci, Steven and friends took the opportunity to show just how out of touch with Americans the beret-wearing and condescending leftist critics truly are.

"They're not exactly trying to serve the audience. That's the issue now. When people say cancel culture, look, it's accountability culture: it's not when people in powerful positions of power have decided that to—they will temporarily forego success for societal conditioning."

Steven drops a list of movies from Rotten Tomatoes that showed giant gaps between what the critics liked and what the audience did:

• Fauci: 91% critic score, 2% audience score
• Cuties: 88% critic score, 16% audience score
• Ghostbusters: 74% critic score, 49% audience score
• Masters of the Universe: Revelation: 94% critic score, 39% audience score
• Dear White People: 95% critic score, 42% audience score
• Captain Marvel: 79% critic score, 45% audience score
• Hannah Gadsby: Nanette: 100% critic score, 27% audience score
• Dave Chappelle: The Closer: 33% critic score, 97% audience score
• Hillbilly Elegy: 25% critic score, 83% audience score
• Death Wish: 18% critic score, 71% audience score

The additional examples that can be found of this phenomenon are endless.

Reacting to the critic score for the new female Ghostbusters, Dave Landau said, "I saw that movie, and I went in with an open mind because I like some of the cast and the director. And it is the worst movie I think I have ever seen." And from the looks of it, similar words could be said of many of the movies coming out these days. But why continue to make such terrible, cringe-worthy garbage? I mean, Cuties was nothing short of pedophile bait. And why would critics--who gave Cuties an 88% approval score--play go along with it?

"The point is here, that this isn't just about market forces. And when liberals say, 'well, you're a proponent of the free market, well, the problem is you want to dictate, manipulate, shut down options of the free market…"

And that is the crux of the issue. Hollywood and their critic lapdogs are determined to control what kind of entertainment you watch whether you like it or not. It doesn't matter that Dave Chappelle is incredibly funny and Hannah Gadsby is a humorless, talentless, amorphous blob who no one wants to watch. And it doesn't matter if you would like to watch movies without having leftist propaganda shoved in your face.

Let these people know where you stand. Take your money elsewhere, and maybe this monster can be starved to death.
