2018-2019 marked when leftists stopped pretending about their climate alarmism. It's about the government taking control of the economy, private business, and pretty much every aspect of your life. Thankfully, Ted Cruz doesn't suffer these fools lightly. His campaign just dropped a new video about it.

Political leaders who are advocating this are also advocating massive government control of the economy and socialism. Climate is a good excuse to say you’ve got to have socialism or else all of humanity’s gonna die.

That's the hustle. Not that we should be wasteful and anti-environment just because derpity derp "own the libs." Leaving all the lights on in the house just to be a dick just makes you a dick.

But there's a lot of space between that and destroying our energy sector just to give idiots like Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez full control of our economy. Bernie Sanders is a guy who has been mooching off of the government since before most of us were born. AOC's qualifications are that her primary opponent in 2018 was lazy and didn't feel like campaigning against her. "Climate" and "science" are just the buzzwords they use to guilt you into giving them what they really want: Control.
