Leftists, in recent months, were drawn to North Dakota to be trendy voice their opposition to the Dakota Pipeline. But, as leftists are known to do, the protesting eventually devolved into Burning Man. Even their Native American allies had enough of their malarkey and asked them politely to leave. When it came time to go, said leftists tore out faster than a deadbeat dad on child support day. Leaving their garbage strewn all about the place. Because climate crisis, yo.

Oh yeah, they left their dogs behind too...

The Dakota Access Pipeline protesters left more behind than just piles of trash when they were booted from their makeshift camp: they left several dogs and puppies to fend for themselves, abandoned with the rest of their unwanted belongings.

Furry Friends Rockin Rescue, a local animal rescue near Bismark, North Dakota, says they’re working to catch all of the abandoned animals, and so far, they’ve managed to rescue two dogs and six puppies. They believe, however, that the dogs represent only a small fraction of the pets left behind at the camp.

“It’s a mess down there, so it’s really, really hard to find these animals and get them,” Julie Schirado, a rescuer with Furry Friends, told local media.

But remember, these DAPL protesters CARE about the planet. They care more than you, which is why they left non-existant jobs to protest the pipeline. Taking their unwanted pets with them. Then unceremoniously dumping them. Thank goodness some decent humans ARE saving these puppies.

This level of hypocrisy is all too common for progressives. Leftists will squeal with their shrill, hyena-like voices about protecting the environment, only to completely trash the land they're trying to save. They'll also burst your eardrums with platitudes about compassion and decency. But, I guess neither extend to the canines. True to their stereotypes, leftists are douchey, self-contradicting cat people.
