You've probably heard about the faux-controversy over the video of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez cutting a rug back in college. To hear her tell it, Republicans are against Congresswoman Cortez because she likes to have fun. Everyone knows conservatives hate fun.

Don't worry though. The newest GOP superstar Dan Crenshaw was quick to take Cortez to school.

Yes! Dan the Man strikes again. Well done, sir.

Dan Crenshaw is correct. Despite lefties' claims, modern right-wingers are hardly the preacher guy from Footloose. Sure, there's probably a few oddballs out there still fuming over Elvis' hip-shaking on The Ed Sullivan Show. They hardly represent the conservative movement as a whole. If Alex Cortez wants to dance her life away, so be it.

We just have a hard time grooving to the tune of bread lines and hyperinflation. AOC thinks our wallets are at her disposal. Funding for the three "chambers" of government to dole out at her discretion. Sorry, but we have a hard time warming up to a glorified pickpocket. Even if she loves to dance. That's the right's problem with Alexandria: her blatant socialism.
