David Hogg Wears NRA Hat. Promises to Win Over Anti-Gun Members
Just when you thought the chinless anti-gun boy wonder can't get any more laughable, in steps David Hogg. Saying "hold my mango kale smoothie." Little Davey has a bold new strategy to recruit anti-gunners to his side.
He now has an NRA membership and a hat, and he's using both to win over his fellow anti-gun NRA members to his cause. I kid you not:
David is ready to get in touch with his fellow NRA members who love the second amendment but believe in new common… https://t.co/S8oP3KgKEN— Cam Kasky (@Cam Kasky) 1528139170.0
In preparation for the March for Our Lives: Road to Change bus tour, pro-gun activist David Hogg posed for a picture while wearing a National Rifle Association (NRA) hat.Fellow activist Cameron Kasky tweeted that the reason Hogg wore the hat is to connect with “his fellow NRA members who love the second amendment but believe in new common sense laws”:
According to its website, the bus tour is to also register people to vote.
“At each stop, we'll register young people to vote and educate them on the reforms we need to save lives, and whether their local candidates and elected officials support these reforms or support the NRA,” the site noted.
Sure, because everyone knows the National Rifle Association is a hotbed of anti-gat activists. Forking their ducats over to Wayne LaPierre under the condition he doesn't use them to further boomstick rights. Crusading tirelessly to reduce your arsenal to a flintlock musket .
Hoggy claims to "love the Second Amendment," but his actions tell a different tale. Vilifying anyone who thinks the Second Amendment means what it says. Endorsing his fellow teen gun-grabbers' extreme proposals. Throwing out some blatantly anti-gun proposals of his own. Methinks he's going to have a hard time making friends in the NRA.
Criticisms aside, on behalf of my fellow NRA "kiddie-killing advocates," thanks for the dues Dave. We appreciate the support.
