Dear Liberals: No, Planned Parenthood Attacks are Nothing like Paris
Dear Liberals determined to liken Planned Parenthood attack with Paris terrorism,
They're not the same, no matter how much you want them to be. There, that's the crux of it. I've spared you needing to read the rest of this letter. You're now free to commence writing more chants and making more signs about your ovaries. You're welcome.
Second thing: Obviously I condemn what happened at Planned Parenthood, because I oppose evil in all its forms, whether it takes the shape of a crazy-eyed, bearded man who looks more like a DC Comics villain, or a young jihadi with a grenade launcher. Evil is evil. So to all you leftists who took a brief pause from the group-think and chanting (let me guess, it involved "hey hey ho ho?"), know this: I condemn what this killer did in Colorado. He deserves punishment. Preferably with as much discomfort as possible. He garners no sympathy from me. Okay? Okay.
Thirdly, as of the writing of this letter, the motive of the killer is still unknown. We don't know why he did what he did. Segments of the media are rightfully focusing on Police Officer Garret Sawsey "a father of two who was killed in a shootout with a gunman at a Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic, is remembered as a man devoted to his job and Christian faith." - FoxNews.com
Unfortunately, he seems like a really good man who will be missed. Equally unfortunate, it seems the only way for a decent, white cop to garner praise today is through death. Prayers for his family.
Still, some people on the left are determined to draw an equivalence with the Planned Parenthood shooter and Islamic terrorism, like the attacks in Paris. The two attacks share just one similarity: the people perpetrating the violence were evil scumbags. Okay? Okay.
Also, acts of violence against Planned Parenthood? Not a lot, actually, despite what the abortionists will tell you. Before Friday there were just five attacks. Yes leftists, that means that you count them without even wearing flip-flops. Even if you're an amputee. Also, at least a few of those five attacks were against the actual empty building. Empty building.
Contrast that to acts of terrorism, which happen much more frequently. Like a lot more. Like, a lot a lot:
The State Department's annual, congressionally-mandated global terrorism report found nearly 33,000 people were killed in about 13,500 terror attacks across the world in 2014. By comparison, in 2013, there were a reported 18,000 deaths amid nearly 10,000 terror acts.Terrorism-associated kidnappings nearly tripled, going up from 3,137 in 2013 to 9,428 in 2014, the report said.
Cue the liberal outrage of "Yeah, but they're not the same thing!" Right. That's the point. They're not the same thing. What this nut did in Colorado is different than what Islamist extremists do across the globe every year.
As a matter of fact, in the time that it's taken you to read this, more people were killed by Islamic terrorism than all Planned Parenthood attacks combined.
That hasn't stopped the Social Justice Jihadis from trying to outdo each other's nuttery:
This in -country terrorism against women has to stop. I don't want to repeat this for another decade.... https://t.co/uCEXbG12Ig— Nepantlera de La (@Nepantlera de La) 1448734239.0
What happened at Planned Parenthood yesterday was terrorism, and very similar to the Paris attacks https://t.co/0QrODiFI22— Robert Cruickshank (@Robert Cruickshank) 1448734203.0
Lastly, check out this example of whoa from DailyNewsBin:
The fact that he was possibly a white conservative Christian, and not a stereotypical Muslim, has no bearing on the fact that this was a terrorist attack against the United States. Now let’s deal with the larger issue: yes, Carly Fiorina was responsible for this attack on our soil, to the point that by all rights she should be facing federal charges.
So a presidential candidate who condemned Planned Parenthood's selling of baby parts has been equated to Muslim terrorists who blow people up. Got it.
Wait, do I really "got it"? I'm mad at myself for even writing that.
Fourthly, here's what we know about the Planned Parenthood shooter: he identifies as a woman, he's a member of the political party UAF. He has driving infractions and was charged with cruelty to animals. In other words, he's likely a sociopath. No word yet on if the LGBTQAI will accept him into their tolerant fold, since he might think he's transgendered. Also, don't you even think of connecting gender dysphoria with any sort of mental illness.
Patriarchal bastard (or bastardette).
All of this means the Planned Parenthood shooter, though he's an evil, rotten bastard who deserves to be hanged, chopped and turned into commercial-grade Shark-chum... isn't like an Islamic terrorist.
Islamic terrorists are acting on orders from the Qur'an, following the example of the prophet Muhammad (terrorism be upon him) by killing massive amounts of innocent people while shouting Allahu Akbar, trying to usher in a world without infidels. The Planned Parenthood shooter's motives are still unknown. As is his gender, apparently. At least to him.
So, score so far: Paris was a terrorist attack from Islam extremists. Planned Parenthood shooter was a lone crazy who might wear dresses after bullying an animal. Different things. He does not represent all white people. He does not represent all transgendered people. He does not represent all men with unfortunate beards. Again, it's kind of hard to speculate what he does represent since his motive is still unknown.
Let's pretend for a second this guy identifies as a Christian woman. Okay? Okay. Jesus Christ condemned murder. Of all kinds, by the way, no asterisks or qualifiers or exceptions for people who made fun of Him in cartoons. Jesus was against murder. Amen? Amen. Which means even if this shooter (he/she/ze) identifies as a Christian, he/she/ze isn't following Christ. That's the defining difference between this guy/gal and the Islamic terrorists in Paris who were following Muhammad.
So here's an idea for you leftists. Wait to get the facts on the motive of the killer. I say this to help you. Drawing a comparison between this scumbag and worldwide Islamic terrorism is so dumb, it could even harm you in future job interviews. So stay off Twitter to avoid sounding like the crap weasels you are, and thank uncle Steven for saving you some embarrassment.
Sincerely,
Steven Crowder & Courtney Kirchoff
