Dear middle-class voters who think the Democrat freebies will help you...

Democrats this election cycle (and every one thereafter) will tell you they're "looking out for the middle class." That's you! Also, that smoke blowing up your anuses? It's coming from their pants. What these politicians are actually doing is screwing you at every turn, all while claiming the mantle of "champion of the middle class." There are only two possible reasons for this. Either leftists have zero clue as to how the world works, or they're intentionally mucking up processes to intentionally gain more control, regardless of whether it worsens your life. Either way, guess what? Yeah, you're screwed.

Let us count some of the ways leftist politicians tell you to bend over and take it.

How leftists screw you over medication:

Pfizer is a large pharmaceutical company. Bigger than Obama's ego. Boom, roasted. Which means yes, they make a lot of money. You know what else? They spend a lot of money. Turns out creating, testing and manufacturing drugs isn't quite as easy as you thought it to be. In order to save on operationg costs, Pfizer was considering a merger with a company in Ireland. Why did they want to leave the USA? I'm so glad you asked. They were trying to escape the United States' suffocating corporate tax. The USA has the third highest corporate tax rate in the world.

Okay. So, leftists create higher corporate tax rates. Why? Because they're greedy bastards who want money they didn't earn. Businesses want to leave to escape said corporate tax rates because no one, and I mean no one, wants to pay more taxes. Here's an important detail: the higher the cost of doing business, the higher the cost of the business product. In other words you, the middle-class consumer, pay more. Math. It's a thing.

Leftists, who are none to pleased with the company who left the USA to escape the corporate tax the left created to score more cash, then create a law to punish American companies that leave... to escape the corporate tax the leftists created. Reminds me of an old song teacher sang to us young children in school. Remember that old folk song you sang in grade school?

So, leftists punish companies that leave the USA. They punish these companies with record high taxes. Companies will inevitably, necessarily raise prices of drugs. Like I said, the cost gets passed onto the consumer. Why? Because businesses spend a lot of money to make money. Not because of corporate greed, but because business.

Leftists then declare healthcare a human right and pass legislation to FORCE these pharmaceutical companies to reduce drug prices. Keep following.

1. Leftists screw businesses on by implementing high taxes.

This has been going on in Europe for years, though their corporate tax rates are much lower (yes really). But everything else they have is crap, so I don't advise you pack your bags and move there anytime soon. You might get raped by a Muslim migrant. A notable occasion for any American, but as they know it in Sweden... Tuesday.

Here's another point to remember: leftists constantly bitch that the United States is the “only country without a nationalized healthcare plan." Not coincidentally, we’re also number one in medical research, cures, nobel prizes and survival rates. It’s not even close. Look, here's a table showing who has the most medical research in the world. Remember, medical research=medical breakthroughs.

Why? Because it’s profitable to innovate here. That's right. When phramacutical companies can make a profit finding cures, they want to find and make more cures. Therefore, fewer middle-class consumers (you) die tragically. Science.

How leftists screw you with the minimum wage:

The exact same process occurs with minimum wage. Government FORCES businesses to pay $15 minimum wage regardless of skill or job value. We've already written about why an arbitrary amount for any given job is stupid. If you're not totally familiar, my I recommend you go read it? Read Shocker! Economists Find Raising the Minimum Wage Doesn't Help. If said business, in order to save operating costs, automates the jobs with machines or computers, guess who gets screwed? That low skilled worker who needed the proverbial foot in the job market. Why weren't they hired? Because they're not worth $15/hour. "Well, that's just not FAIR" says the government. The government's solution? PUNISH the business and FORCE them to hire redundant jobs. When product prices inevitably go up and businesses go under? The hero of government gets to swoop in with subsidized welfare programs.

How leftists screw you with the ObamaCare:

Ah yes, the Affordable Care Act. This one is great. Here we have government which forces insurance companies to accept high-risk pools or people with pre-existing conditions, while simultaneously MANDATING that all people buy health insurance. Then punish companies that don’t pay healthcare for full-time workers.

What do companies do? Lay off full-time workers, hire more part-time workers to avoid those operating costs. Remember, folks, it takes money to run a business. And it doesn't come from secret hordes.

Not businesses...

The solution to the problem government created? Hillary Clinton may use an executive order to fix the problem the government created. How? Probably by throwing more tax-dollars at it. Your tax dollars. And you wonder why we’re in debt?

How government could not screw you (a novel concept):

What if, instead of punishing companies for taking business elsewhere, government said “Okay, okay our corporate tax is double that of other industrialized countries. Alright, we’ll make our rates competitive, so businesses stay here!” What kind of revenue could that generate? How many more workers could that business hire when it expands and stays in the United States?

Hint: a lot.

What if instead of saying “Okay EVERYONE has to buy insurance. Insurance companies, you HAVE to accept everybody and you HAVE pay for birth control etc.” The government just said “Okay okay, we get it. Your business model is based on risk assessment. Let’s allow insurance companies to cross state lines, so that people have more choices, and healthy, active people who don’t want to pay for birth control, who don’t want to pay for high-coverage plans don’t have to. If people want to choose high-deductible, lower premium plans, let them do it, and put them in their own pool. We get it!”

What do you think that would do?

Yep, it would lower prices. Why? Competition is great for consumers. This is basic capitalism 101.

But we don't have that here. We have leaders who want to punish success, who seek to damage anyone who doesn't follow their will. Who gets screwed? You, the consumer. You, the tax-payer. You, the voter.

Bear that in mind this election cycle. Break the cycle of government screwing you over by "solving" the problem. They're the old lady who kept swallowing things. What happens to her in the end? Oh yeah, she dies.

But, she also ate scallops out of the trash, so there's that.
