We're just a few weeks into 2018, and leftists are already giving us so many knee-slappingly idiotic remarks with which to laugh ourselves to sleep. I give you the latest. Danny Davis, a Democrat congressman, was questioned on Louis Farrakhan. A notorious racist. His answer may be the dumbest thing you'll hear all week.

Democratic Illinois Rep. Danny Davis defended Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan as an “outstanding human being” on Monday.

Farrakhan is known for embracing radically anti-Semitic and anti-white views, as even the left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center has acknowledged. Farrakhan’s history of racially extreme comments includes blaming Jews for the September 11 attacks, saying white people “deserve to die” and praising Adolf Hitler as a “very great man.”

“I don’t regard Louis Farrakhan as an aberration or anything, I regard him as an outstanding human being who commands a following of individuals who are learned and articulate and he plays a big role in the lives of thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of people.”

So now out-and-out racists can be "outstanding human beings" in the eyes of Democrats.

I guess we should just ignore Farrakhan's blatant hatred of whitey and people who wear yarmulkes. All because he and his followers use big words and wear bowties. Along with their high melanin content. Those things absolve Farrakhan and his brethren of all the racist diarrhea they crap from their pieholes.

Something tells me if a Republican congressman made similar remarks about Richard Spencer, the left would devour him. The same way Amy Schumer devours platefuls of macaroni at Golden Corral. Yet Democrats are free to skip down the sidewalk, arm-in-arm with racist buttmunches.

Make no mistake, leftists are embracing actual racism, while simultaneously labelling everything they disagree with as the act of a Hitlerite. If they're truly on the hunt for racists, they need look no further than a mirror.
