The words "real talk" get thrown around a lot on the interwebs. While I don't have the math in front of me, I'm willing to bet at least half the time we're probably talking about something Denzel Washington said. Somewhere there's an irrefutable equation which will no doubt verify my claim, but I needn't find it. Because you already know.

Hollywood Reporter held a round table of various actors discussing work and past jobs. Here's Denzel...

"People say "the difficulty of making a movie." Well, send your son to Iraq. That's difficult. It's just a movie, relax. I don't play that precious nonsense. Your son got shot in the face? That's difficult. Making a movie is a luxury. It's a gift. But don't get it twisted, it's just a movie."

Denzel is a refreshing change of pace from the Tinseltown elite who genuinely think they not only know better than you, but they are better than you (see Dumbass Celebrity Has-Beens DEMAND Electoral College Blocks Trump and Irrelevant B-List 'Celebrities' Plead Congress to Stop Trump). In reality, we're talking about people who get paid a ludicrous about of money to play dress up and play make believe. That's not to say that they don't work hard, or work long hours. It's just to note that they are also self-important dicks.

Thankfully, there are A-listers like Denzel (and even Mark Wahlberg) who still have a sense of perspective.
