A 19-year-old woman named Chloe Cole, who describes herself as a ‘former trans kid’, was censored by Instagram on Saturday after she captioned a photo of her bio on Instagram, wherein she identifies herself as a detransitioner.
Cole’s bio indicates she’s “female," has two X chromosomes, and is a “former trans kid.” It also says that she was prescribed puberty blockers and testosterone at the age of 13, underwent a double mastectomy at the age of 15, and detransitioned when she was 16.
"Facebook has notified me that my Instagram bio is too 'violent,'" Cole wrote on X. "If you think reading it is violent, imagine actually living through all that!!"
The left always screams that you should “speak your truth,” and to “be your authentic self” but I guess that's only when they agree with the message you are prompting. They can’t possibly have anyone challenge their narrative, which is why they must resort to silencing and defaming those who disagree with them.
If they could actually defend their views they wouldn’t have to resort to shutting up those who stand in the way of their agenda.
Detransitioners are the real victims of online violence and death threats from the trans cult. And not the other way around. Trans activists can’t have anyone who threatens their dogma, so they must rely on censorship to shut them up in an effort to promote their belief system.
The decision makes her content less accessible, with Instagram notifying her that her account “can’t be shown to non-followers,” and that her “account and content won’t appear in places like Explore, Search, Suggested Users, Reels, and Feed Recommendations.”
"Facebook is absolutely correct in stating that my bio describes something violent-that is, my own life experiences." Cole said in a statement to the Post Millennial. "However, I am doing quite the opposite of condoning what doctors did to me and instead using my experience to raise awareness and encourage others to be compassionate.”
Social media is designed to promote transgender content and they don’t like it when you say things that go against their agenda. Activists claim that creating LGBT spaces on social media will promote their mental health. But we know that when big tech promotes and protects content that encourages gender transition, it subsequently leads to irreversible harm.
“It is upsetting that they can claim I am promoting violence and using this narrative to hide my content from parents, children, and those who need to hear my message the most.”
The number of young people identifying as transgender in the US has nearly doubled since 2017, according to a CDC report. And we only used to see male to female transitioners, with them usually experiencing dysphoria from a young age. However, the status quo has reversed, and female-to-male transitions have become the majority. And most of the time those female transitions are correlated with an immersion of social media use.
Content moderation as a means of censorship is the real threat of violence here as big tech actively promotes gender mutilation. The pro-gender transition design of social media is what kids need protection from and not the other way around.
