• Biden gave a press conference in response that showed him as a forgetful and discombobulated coot.
• Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) have been bringing up every time a GOPer made a mistake ever as a defense of Biden because "see, it happens to everyone!"

Doocy asked what we here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website, along with anyone who has a functioning medulla oblongata (I watched The Waterboy yesterday) have been wondering for some time.

KJP's spin appears to be the official Democrat position on the matter, which is why I found this Politico article shocking. You would think Dems would be quietly telling people behind the scenes to start the 25th Amendment process. Instead, they are telling Team Biden to let him out it public MORE.

Top party operatives are warning Biden aides that the president cannot retreat in response to the special counsel report that fueled concerns over his age and mental faculties. They say President Joe Biden, having largely shied away from interviews and press conferences, needs to be out in public far more.

They want to see him engage with the press and voters in the off-script and punchy exchanges he’s been known for in the past, which they believe will help chip away at concerns about the president’s mental acuity. They say that it’s worth the risk of potential slip-ups that could reinforce the image that he’s declining.

Top party operatives, in a move that makes you question their mental acuity and/or if they're declining, think the best response to last week's debacle is more of this:

Taking them at their anonymous word, top Democrat party operatives think there is nothing wrong with Joe Biden. The problem isn't a guy whose brain is 69% tapioca pudding having access to our nuclear codes. The problem is he isn't allowed to embarrass himself in public more.
