Does Obama Love America? These 7 Pictures End the Debate...
By Krystal Heath and Steven Crowder
Mayor Rudy Giuliani set off a media firestorm last week when he stated, “I do not believe, and I know this is a horrible thing to say, but I do not believe that the president loves America.” Why is that such a horrible thing to say? Because we're no longer allowed to express opinions deemed to be politically incorrect?
Now Governor Scott Walker, likely to be a candidate in the GOP Presidential primary, has reiterated the sentiment. When asked if he agreed with Mayor Giuliani's comments, he replied, "I don't really know what his opinions are on that one way or another."
Can you blame Governor Walker? The President hasn't exactly made it easy for us to know his thoughts on the matter, has he?
Listen, I think the President does love America. He just loves a different America than most of the rest of us. After all, it was Barack Obama who said he wanted to "fundamentally transform America." If you love something, you're not out to fundamentally transform it. You want it to become the best version of itself that it can, but if you love it, you love it.
It was the President's wife who may or may not have quipped, "all that for a d**n flag" at a 9/11 ceremony... and the President doesn't seem to be overly concerned with flag etiquette, either.
It was our President who said that he was embarrassed most Americans "couldn't speak French". Yet recently in France, there was a monumental stand taken for #FreeSpeech. A #UnityMarch of epic proportions in which the world stood together in the wake of the terrorist Charlie Hebdo attacks. World leaders locked arms. Notice anything missing? Like, say, a President of United States?
It was President Obama who said that our debt was unpatriotic... then accumulated more debt than any President before him.
It was President Obama who says he supports our troops, but said, "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set." (And failed to salute the Marine outside Marine One... or saluted them with coffee in hand.)
But it's the bowing that really gets me. A man who thinks his country is the greatest on earth doesn't bow to foreign leaders/dictators/communists. Not once. Not twice. Not ever.
