I base such a statement not from my own opinion, but the new fundraising record set by the Donald Trump campaign, which raked in a whopping $125 million in the third quarter of 2019. Which is a presidential record.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign and the Republican National Committee raised $125 million in the third quarter of the year, a presidential fundraising record.

The pro-Trump effort said Tuesday that it has raised more than $308 million in 2019 and has more than $156 million in the bank. Republicans aim to use the fundraising haul to fight off Democrats’ impeachment effort.

Who wants to bet Democrats' im🍑ment efforts helped goose the fundraising just a tad? Especially since really no one knows what reasons Democrats have to im🍑 the Donald other than "he's a big meaniepants."

Former President Barack Obama and the DNC raised just over $70 million in the third quarter of 2011.

So Trump, who we're constantly told is a racist, homophobic, sexist nazi with criminally bad hair and a terrible sense of grammar, raised almost twice what Mom Jeans Hope and Change did during his first re-election bid.

Gosh, that seems significant.

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel credited Democratic attacks on Trump for motivating supporters to donate in record numbers.

Sure, I see that. Media and their Democrat lackeys, or vice versa depending on how you see it, have attacked the Trumpet since he was elected, calling for his impeachment before he even took office. Kind of an easy sell when the RNC and Trump's minions say "Media and Democrats are attacking our fearless leader" when there's plenty of evidence of media and Democrats attacking the GOP's fearless leader.
