Post-debate, Donald Trump has been conspicuous by his silence as Democrats have disarraying out on these streets. So conspicuous, the Left and the media (but I repeat myself) have practically been begging him to say anything. They tried to turn it into an attack because Joe Biden has done eleventy public appearances to Trump's zero, ignoring that those elventy appearances were why Trump was all like, "Nah, I'mma let Joe have the spotlight."

The former president returned to the stage on Tuesday, and if THIS is the Trump we get over the next few months, Joe Biden won't be the only one pooping his pants. Kamala might want to invest in panty shields herself.

Marco Rubio served as his opening act, as Trump teased that he may or may not be his running mate multiple times.

My guess is JD Vance will be his opening act at his Pennsylvania rally this week. Doug Burnum had his opportunity to open a few rallies ago. Knowing Trump, all three will be scheduled to speak at the convention next Wednesday, and we'll wake up to Trump announcing his pick on X-Twitter. That's a next week thing. This week, Trump issued not one but TWO challenges to Joe Biden.

The first is a debate rematch. Remember, when Joe first issued the challenge, it was for TWO debates. Trump is willing to give him his rematch next week to give the old guy a chance to redeem himself. As you may or may not have seen in the news, Biden's last performance was a wee bit embarrassing for him.

The second and much more entertaining challenge involved Trump pulling Joe Biden's punk card. Joe said at the debate that he'd go 18 holes with Trump on the golf course. Challenge excepted! Trump will even spot Biden a few strokes AND put up a million dollars.

The Biden Campaign has already pussied out. Oh well.

Watch the full Trump speech. Trump was at his most relaxed, minus any anger. He was the traditional happy warrior. Compare that to Biden this week alone. And if it's a preview of Trump's prime-time convention address, game freakin' on.

We're not supposed to admit that American voters don't like Trump. They don't like Biden either. Or, KamaLOLa. Yes, they tell pollsters that they prefer Trump this week, but the sentiment that both old men suck and it's sad these are the best candidates we can come up with is palpable in the country and something that needs to be taken seriously.

On Thursday, Trump will have a prime-time audience of apolitical voters tuning in. He needs to address the "lesser of two evils, a pox on both their houses" portion of the audience. Let Rubio/Vance/Burnum/Whoever do the attack dog thing.

Trump needs to make the case to those voters with a smile on his face, talking about why he's better on the economy, immigration, and keeping people safe. Obviously, with zingers thrown at Joe and Kamala's expense. They provide so much material. It would be a crime not to. Yes, let Trump be Trump. Just, mayhaps, 25% less Trumpy and more statesman like.

Yesterday's rally was a great preview of what's to come.
