Yes, seeing Hulk Hogan at the GOP convention was cool. Real ones know Donald Trump teaming up with the Undertaker was the moment the Harris-Walz campaign will truly REST...IN...actually, if I finish that there will be a journalismer who thinks it's a threat. Taker has transitioned from being the Phenom and the lockerroom leader to becoming a podcaster and is set to interview Trump this week. It represents one of the two best campaign decisions Team Trump has made this cycle. The other is his running mate.

My FAVORITE part is knowing how the IWC (Internet Wrestling Community) is going to overreact to this. However, to be fair, I'm sure they believe everything they see in the media. I say this as someone who came up in the wrestling blogosphere before "blogosphere" was a word (shout out Freakboy and ScoopWrestling); wrestling nerds have been believing all the bullsh*t Dave Meltzer has been saying for decades (he's like wrestling's Brian Stelter), so they're conditioned for a media who tell them anonymous source spun falsehoods.

But what's important here is the Trump x Taker podcast appearance, which should be dropping this week. Whoever decided to have Donald Trump work the podcast circuit should be given a raise and the keys to the RNC. It's not that Trump hasn't done mainstream media appearances as well (he's done twice as many as Kamala), even though mainstream journalismers don't even pretend to hide their hatred of the man. So much of what people don't like about Trump is based on media lying: "very fine people," "bloodbath," Project 2025, "raaaaaaaaaacist," etc.

Trump still mixes it up with the people who hate him, but the less adversarial long-form podcast appearance helps get a broader picture of Trump and what his agenda REALLY is. They allow Trump to discuss his issues and vision without an interviewer constantly interrupting with whatever talking points they were sent by a Democrat strategist that morning.

The other game-changing decision is choosing JD Vance as his running mate. Like Trump, a lot of what people thought about Vance was based on clips that the Left and the media (but I repeat myself) took out of context. They created a caricature that Vance DESTROYED during the vice-presidential debate when the electorate got to meet the actual man.

More importantly, through the debate, his podcast appearances, and his own interviews with a bitter and adversarial mainstream media, Vance has shown an ability to articulate a conservative vision for the country better than anyone I've seen. He is the best messenger the Right has ever had.

We here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website still maintain our position of not tempting the wrath of the whatever from high atop the thing. IF Trump wins (yes, IF), his media strategy and his choosing JD are going to be the two reasons why.

The fact that the Harris-Biden regime has been such a disaster helps matters too.
