Donna Brazile, the former interim Democratic National Committee Chairwoman who fed Hillary debate questions, wrote a tome exposing DNC corruption, rigging the primaries against Bernie, and the depths of Hillary's witchy-ways.

1. Obama and Debbie Wasserman Schultz Nearly Bankrupted the DNC

• Obama left the DNC in $24 million worth of debt
• Debbie Wasserman Schultz neglected party fundraising

From Brazile:

Obama left the party $24 million in debt—$15 million in bank debt and more than $8 million owed to vendors after the 2012 campaign and had been paying that off very slowly. Obama’s campaign was not scheduled to pay it off until 2016. Hillary for America (the campaign) and the Hillary Victory Fund (its joint fundraising vehicle with the DNC) had taken care of 80 percent of the remaining debt in 2016, about $10 million, and had placed the party on an allowance.

"My predecessor, Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, had not been the most active chair in fundraising at a time when President Barack Obama’s neglect had left the party in significant debt."

In summary, Debbie Wasserman Schultz was sucky at running bake sales for the massive debt hole left by Obama. Who did rather the same con job on America.

2. The Hillary Campaign Paid Obama's Debts

But not out of the goodness of her blackened heart.

• Hillary for America (campaign) and Hillary Victory Fund paid 80% of Obama's debt
• Hillary's campaign put the DNC on a tight budget
• Hillary's campaign took the DNC off the tight budget and spent $3.5 million to $4 million a month
• Despite Hillary's "saving the day" DNC was still $2 million in debt
• The Hillary campaign tried to get a $2 million loan without the vote of DNC officials

Now, this goes to point number three. This "we'll get you out of debt" wasn't Hillary riding in on a white horse. It had strings.

“No! That can’t be true!” I said. “The party cannot take out a loan without the unanimous agreement of all of the officers.”

3. After Paying Obama's Debt, the Hillary Campaign Rewrote DNC Rules

In exchange for the payment of Obama's debt, Hillary obtained "compassion" brownie points. She also got to rewrite the DNC's rulebook:

The agreement—signed by Amy Dacey, the former CEO of the DNC, and Robby Mook with a copy to Marc Elias—specified that in exchange for raising money and investing in the DNC, Hillary would control the party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised. Her campaign had the right of refusal of who would be the party communications director, and it would make final decisions on all the other staff. The DNC also was required to consult with the campaign about all other staffing, budgeting, data, analytics, and mailings.

This had all been going on privately, behind the hairy backs of party officers. BEFORE Hillary obtained the DNC's nomination. Which means Hillary could essentially write whatever rules she wanted.

Leftists don't follow rules. Just look at their rebellion against the facts of biology and gender. The more rebellious part is the Hillary Campaign went against DNC policy by accessing the Hillary Victory Fund. Naughty girl.

4. The DNC and Hillary Screwed Bernie Sanders, Rigged the Primaries for a Hillary Victory

With the game set for Hillary, with her writing the rules in her favor, it was therefore easy to edge out Bernie Sanders.

“Gary, how did they do this without me knowing?” I asked. “I don’t know how Debbie relates to the officers,” Gary said. He described the party as fully under the control of Hillary’s campaign, which seemed to confirm the suspicions of the Bernie camp.

With funds being stolen and reallocated, Bernie never had a chance:

I told Bernie I had found Hillary’s Joint Fundraising Agreement. I explained that the cancer was that she had exerted this control of the party long before she became its nominee. Had I known this, I never would have accepted the interim chair position, but here we were with only weeks before the election.

This goes to her crooked ways. Hillary Clinton doesn't play fair. She cheats.

“Wait,” I said. “That victory fund was supposed to be for whoever was the nominee, and the state party races. You’re telling me that Hillary has been controlling it since before she got the nomination?”

5. The Hillary Campaign Stole Money from State Campaigns

All that money gathered for Hillary's Victory Fund? It was supposed to be given to state DNC affairs.

Right around the time of the convention, the leaked emails revealed Hillary’s campaign was grabbing money from the state parties for its own purposes, leaving the states with very little to support down-ballot races... Yet the states kept less than half of 1 percent of the $82 million they had amassed from the extravagant fund-raisers Hillary’s campaign was holding...

Hillary essentially used the DNC as a money laundering scheme. She ran the DNC as corruptly as she could. Let's thank our lucky stars she didn't wind up in the oval office.

This is bad. Yes, Donna Brazile is an imperfect narrator. She's acting as though all of this is a giant surprise, that her party would be so corrupt. We know otherwise. But what Brazile has uncovered is just one tidbit. There's an entire book coming out.
