Let's get to it:

• We don't know if Donald Trump won the election.
• Nor do we know if Joe Biden won the election.
• Anyone who tells you either Trump or Biden has one is someone who's letting the mainstream media think for them.

Associated Press numbers as of 10 am ET:

• AZ, 90% reporting, Biden 18,610+
• NV, 92% reporting, Biden 27,530+
• PA, 99% reporting, Biden 41,223+
• GA, 99% reporting, Biden 10,195+
• MI, 99% reporting, Biden 146,123+
• WI, 99% reporting Biden +20,540

According to media, Joe Biden at 290 electoral votes. Anyone on the left calling to abolish the electoral college yet? The states we're all watching right now, and have since the first night of the election:

• Pennsylvania: 20 Votes. Alito said the PA court can't legislate from the bench, and all votes received after 8 pm election night are to be tossed. Wanna bet Amy Coney Barrett upholds the Constitution?
  • 20 votes gone from PA would put Biden down to 270
• Nevada: Over 3K invalid ballots were already found, with likely many more to come. If Biden loses Nevada, he's no longer at 270, which puts the election back in play.
• Michigan: 16 electoral votes. So much wrong happening in this state. Watch the show for even more details.
• Wisconsin: 10 electoral votes. 20K votes for a Biden lead. The law states that a mail in ballots must be signed by a witness with a listing of their own address. At least thousands here may have been unlawfully submitted.

MEDIA PROJECTS BIDEN THE WINNER - SOME POINTS

• The media tried to cut off Trump's statement and Giuliani's press conference. At 8:45a Saturday, Trump announced a press conference would take place at 11:30a. Source: Twitter
  
• Major news outlets rushed to "project" Biden the winner at this exact time: AP politics at 11:28a, NBC at 11:25a, and Fox at 11:45. Sources: AP NBC Fox
  
• The Trump campaign has called for a recount in Wisconsin, and election officials in Georgia, where Biden has a narrow lead, have said a recount is expected. Requests for recounts could also be filed in Arizona and Pennsylvania (CNBC). Trump has also filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, and Michigan. Source: Time
  
  • From the article: Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said in an interview that "there has been a lot of noise about litigation" but it has had "zero material impact" on the electoral process. "The count has continued. Legal votes are being tallied and soon the commonwealth will respect the will of the people and certify a vote," he said.

• Former Barack Obama staffer Michael Simon shared a link on Cortez's Twitter feed to the "Trump Accountability Project." According to the TAP's website, "The Trump Accountability Project (TAP) is a resource for journalists, editors, and other newsmakers reporting on the Trump administration, which catalogues the anti-LGBTQ statements and actions of President Donald Trump and those in his circle." MAIL-IN BALLOTS IN EARLIER ELECTIONS THIS YEAR

• GEORGIA: Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that some 1,000 residents voted twice in the state's June 9 primary by submitting absentee ballots and then voting in person. Source: Forbes
• MICHIGAN: In the August 4 primaries in Michigan, 6,400 mail-in/absentee ballots had to be thrown out because of irregularities. 846 of them were from voters who were dead. Source: DetroitNews
• NEW JERSEY: A judge even ordered a new election in August because sitting city councilman was charged with fraud. Source: AP
• CALIFORNIA: More than 100,000 ballots were rejected during the March presidential primary in California. Source: PBS
• But how many are being rejected now? Hardly any by comparison. Mail in ballots were accepted at a rate of 30X that of 2016 in PA. Source: JustTheNews
• So after all this, for the 2020 presidential election, 44.2 million people got ballots who didn't request them.

VOTING IRREGULARITIES

• Going into the election, a study found that 353 U.S. counties have voter registration rates that exceed 100%. Source: WashingtonSentinel
• NEVADA: In Nevada, the GOP has found over 3,000 instances of ballots that appear to be cast improperly. They've referred them to AG Barr. Source: CBS
• This includes ballots cast by people who don't appear to live in the state, dead people, and minors. Source: NVGOP
• The Nevada GOP estimates as many as 10,000 people may have voted who aren't Nevada residents. Source: Newsweek
• After counting on election day, Nevada put a pause on counting votes until Thursday. Source: Independent
• The current deadline for accepting ballots in Nevada is now Tuesday, Nov. 10, a full week after election day. Source: Fox
• MICHIGAN: A glitch in Antrim County Michigan flipped 6,000 votes blue when the clerk forgot to update the software.
  • "All ballots were properly tabulated. However, the clerk accidentally did not update the software used to collect voting machine data and report unofficial results." Source: Freep
• Another "glitch" in Oakland County, Michigan led election officials to hand an upset victory Wednesday to a Democrat, only to switch the win back to an incumbent Republican ( Adam Kochenderfer) a day later. Source: Freep

• Correspondence with a reporter for the Washington Post about a 128,000 vote jump for Biden shows NO AMOUNT of voter fraud is worthy of investigation to MSM. When these DM's took place, we hadn't yet discovered that the Michigan over count was a TYPO. Meaning WaPo didn't see a crazy six figure boost of votes as noteworthy.

• Spalding County, GA went 60% for Trump in 2016, was one of the counties with a glitch that prevented day-in voting for a couple of hours. Source: WSBTV

• Fulton County, GA told poll watchers were told they were done counting and sent them home, but then continued counting in secret. Source: Twitter
• Saturday update on Fulton, County: GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger: "Fulton County has discovered an issue involving reporting from their work on Friday. Officials are at State Farm Arena to rescan their work from Friday. The Secretary of State has a monitor onsite, has sent additional investigators, and dispatched the Deputy Secretary of State as well to oversee the process to make sure to thoroughly secure the vote and protect all legal votes. • WISCONSIN: Vote counting stopped in the middle of the night, and then suddenly popped up with a completely straight line for Biden in the early morning hours. Source: WisconsinOvernightJump

DEAD PEOPLE VOTING

• Many people have been checking the voter database and finding people who are clearly deceased voting.
• Similarly Raheem Kassam of the National Pulse found a 170 year old voting in Allegheny County, PA. Source: Twitter
• Gofundme shut down a data analyst who was running the voter registration against death records after he raised $220k to do so. Source: WND

POLL WATCHERS

• Poll watchers in Philadelphia were ordered to stand 20 feet away until they got a court order. Source: CBS
• At other locations in Philadelphia, poll watchers were even unlawfully turned away in direct violation of a court order. Source: Twitter
• The media fact-checked this, saying the people turned him away because of "an honest mistake." Source: USAToday
• Another poll watcher spoke at the press conference yesterday talked about how they weren't allowed to see anything. Source: Twitter
• In Detroit, the absentee ballot counters even covered up the windows so people couldn't watch them count. Source: MattFinn

VOTES CAST *AFTER* ELECTION

• Ballots taken after Election Day. PA court tried to legislate from the bench. They may be tossed out.
  • "Order that ballots mailed by voters by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day be counted if they are otherwise valid and received by the county boards of election by November 6, 2020. Ballots received within this period that lack a postmark or other proof of mailing, or for which the postmark or other proof of mailing is illegible, should enjoy a presumption that they were mailed by Election Day." • Giuliani says there are 700k ballots that need reviewing in Pa:
  • "It's kind of funny that all Republicans were rejected here and all Republicans were rejected in Pittsburgh, and it amounts to about, gee, just about the 700,000 votes that President Trump was ahead by two days ago that disappeared.
