Gas prices are on their way up again. They skyrocketed as soon as Joe Biden was sworn into office, and we were told it wasn't his fault. It DEFINITELY wasn't the fault of his policies driving sky-high gas prices (even though the WH celebrated those sky-high gas prices). High gas prices were Putin's fault. Along with, if I remember correctly, everything else Biden was f*cking up. One dingbat blamed the Christian Right. Then prices started to go down, and the White House demanded Americans give Biden his roses for it.

Now prices are on the rise again and DOOCY wanted to know "is Biden gonna accept responsibility this time or nah?" Karine Jean-Pierre was not amused.

It's not more nuanced at all. Team Biden carried on for a year and a half, blaming everyone who wasn't them for high gas prices. There was a point where Biden blamed small businesses for the increase, and even his own supporters called bullsh*t. As soon as gas prices dropped a little bit, it was "100% because of the Biden agenda." They are on their way back up with Election Day a little more than a month away. Now what?

If you want to talk nuance, talk to Biden's Chief of Staff Ronald Klain. He's the nuanced king of tweeting (with nuance) when prices went down and retweeting (again, with nuance) anyone who tweeted we should leave Biden alone when we aren't praising him.

I never expected KJP to answer. Doocy proved his point.
