The fact that leftists become outraged over inanimate objects like American flags proves how unhinged and delusional they truly are. Additionally, anyone who cries over American flags in America should be banned from serving any public office but apparently, those types of people are in charge of Edison, New Jersey.

A man did what any rational American would do when city leaders blatantly disregard your God given rights, which is wave an American flag right in their pathetic faces. However, you can’t do that when the commies are in charge. Subsequently, he was removed from a public meeting for reasons even tyrants cannot explain.

The American flag and the U.S. Constitution are among a list of “props” banned by a New Jersey township council last week, sparking outrage in the community.

The question everyone should be asking is whether or not the Pride flag, Hamas flag, or any other deranged flag is allowed at meetings. Or is it just anything representative of America that is no longer allowed?

The ban came under an Edison Municipal Council ordinance establishing proper decorum for members of the Edison Township community who address the council during public hearings. Using props while addressing the council is listed in the ordinance as “an impediment to the orderly conduct.”

Resident Joel Bassoff gave a public comment during last Monday’s council meeting, decrying the fact that the ordinance also limits public comments to four minutes. During that speech he held up a copy of the Constitution.

"The U.S. Constitution gives the public the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances,” Bassoff said while lifting up a copy of the document. “Every member of the council took a solemn oath to uphold the Constitution.”

He was ordered to stop addressing the council with a Constitution because it was a "prop" and these city leaders are so objectively stupid that they get distracted by "props." He then returned with an American flag because this is literally America.

“This is going to be served as a prop as last discussed in the last meeting,” council president Nishith Patel interjected. “If you use it as a prop, the Constitution, then we will take this as a warning that if you continue — ”

The council has no right to ban American flags, or any other flag for that matter, especially in a local meeting in the United States of America. Not only is this a blatant violation of Constitutional rights, but it makes no sense. If these people are really that dumb they become distracted that easily, then they can listen with their eyes closed. Because it turns out, they work for the people and not the other way around. So while city leaders are gleefully enjoying their itty bit of control that will soon be ripped from them, they could not have shown the world how much more pathetic they are if they tried.

And not only does the officer and city owe that man an apology but everyone who voted in favor of banning the American flag should forever be barred from holding office.
