When last we left CNN, they were coping over Big Balls and seething over Harry Bolz. The common denominator is Elon Musk doing what We The People elected Donald Trump to appoint him to do. Democrats are in their feelings about it so, of course, CNN is as well. The new talking point is that Cousin Elon isn't being "transparent" and providing evidence that things are waste, fraud, and/or abuse. Kate Bolduan tried it out on Scott Jennings.

And you'll totally believe what happened next!

Bolduan: They're not providing data for the things that they say they have found evidence of.

The Lone Voice of Reason and CNN: They are providing information. You just choose not to believe that it's true...

Bolduan: No, no, no, no... don't accuse me of... REEEEEEE!

There will come a time when Scott Jennings says something even the slightest bit critical of Trump, and MAGA Influencer Twitter will call him a deep-state psyop because he used to work for Mitch McConnell. And that will be a sad day. Until then, I will continue to appreciate him for being a national treasure.

Here's the thing. I get that the media does this. They accuse conservatives of not providing proof. Conservatives provide proof. The media says, "No, that proof." This is not unlike how they consider "fact" checking to be nitpicking over the adjectives used to describe how much waste, fraud, and/or abuse is being uncovered.

Democrats say there is a coup going on. Have they ever been asked to provide evidence of that on CNN?

Democrats say Cousion Elon and his Autistic Coders are accessing and abusing your personal data. Have they ever been asked to provide evidence of that on CNN?

No, of course not. Just like all the times Democrats threatened the courts, up to and including sending people to protest outside of judges, they were never called out for it on CNN. Yet JD Vance and Cousin Elon say, "Hey, this court decision is dumb," and we get ZOMG CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS!!11!!!!!1!!!

We should skip to the point where there is a poll identifying journalisming as the least trusted institution in America, and Kate Bolduan not knowing why.
