Elon Musk made an appearance on the All-In Podcast. Musk shared his thoughts on American politics, where he called into question Joe Biden's communication skills and lack of intelligence. The implication is that Biden doesn't know where he is half the time. Musk isn't alone in thinking so, but Musk took it a step further in declaring Joe Biden NOT the "real" president. The "real" president is whoever writes what goes on Biden's teleprompter.

"The real president is whoever controls the teleprompter. The path to power is the path to the teleprompter. I do feel like if somebody were to accidentally lean on the teleprompter, it's going to be like Anchorman."

Anchorman is a 2004 movie starring Will Ferrell. Musk's teleprompter quip is in reference to an iconic scene where Ron Burgundy, the clueless protagonist, would read anything on the teleprompter without question. When a rival wanted to get Burgundy in trouble she added "go f*ck yourself, San Diego" to the teleprompter and Burgundy was dumb enough to read it.

It's not a perfect analogy. Ron Burgundy was skilled in being able to read from the teleprompter. Joe Biden can barely do that. Also, Ron Burgundy was a fictional character who was a nincompoop. Joe Biden is a nincompoop in the real world. And if someone were to write "go f*ck yourself, Ukraine" on his teleprompter, we'd find ourselves in an international incident.

All eyes now turn to this afternoon's press briefing to see if Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is asked for a response. KJP proved herself unskilled in answering questions on her first day. But I'm sure she can pull out an unrelated talking point or two. Then Elon Musk will tweet in response, and we'll all meet back here for snacks.
