Elon Musk is a lot of things. He's brilliant, and not necessarily the greatest orator. Bear that in mind as you watch the clip with Joe Rogan below where the two discuss the reaction America (and the globe) had to the COVID-19 pandemic, and how American rights were negatively impacted.

In this COVID-19 argument, a lot of people want to focus on THE VIRUS OMG. That, to me, is missing the larger point. We're having a serious forest for the trees situation. People who have been all in, from the beginning, on COVID reactions, are reluctant to see anything that questions not only their narrative, but their actions in response to it. They're easy to spot, they're outside jogging with masks. By the way, if you're outside, alone, jogging while wearing a mask, you're the idiot.

Anyway, the bigger picture is far more scary. Many people have lost their rights, and many have freely given up their rights thinking they're "saving lives" or some other bullshit. Sorry, but I never was patient with such dumbasses, and I really can't be now that we know so much more about the disease.

In the next video, Musk is asking that we clarify the data, to sort the fact from the fiction. It's likely the death rate is lower, since a lot of people who die withCOVID are being recorded as COVID deaths even if that may not be the cause of their demise. But there's a difference we need to sort through.

What I like about Musk here is that yes, he's a powerful person, but he's also an influential one. Take what he's saying and compare it to Bill Gates.

We need more influential, powerful people to take the lead so others can follow.

In the meantime, until more people start asking questions publicly, we need to all continue asking our own questions and push back against a government that is taking our rights.
