Elon Musk proved on Monday night that no matter how many billions of dollars you have or how many liberals you trigger, you're never too powerful to have your mom put you in your place in public. Enter Maye Musk.

The annual Met Gala was last night. I'm not sure who wore what ridiculous costume, or what single mother Rep. AOC stole her dress design from this year. The Gala has been upstaged by the whole overturning Roe v. Wade thing. But prior to the decision being leaked, we discovered how delightful Mama Musk is. Elon brought her as her date. She's very proud of her son. He's just maybe a little too into changing the world.

Mama Musk tells strangers her son doesn't listen to her about changing the world. My mom complains to strangers about my beard and how I don't listen to her about dating crazy women. Though, Mama Musk may have had that conversation in private.

As for why Musk was wasting his time at the Met Gala? His mother made him go. No doubt hoping he would meet someone nice and settle down.

What we need now is for Mama Musk to start defending her son against all his haters on Twitter. She's sassy, and she has an active account. Not that Elon NEEDS his mother fighting his battles for him. He does an excellent job of doing that on his own. I just want the content.
