There has been a lot of overreaction to Elon Musk's tweets. A lot. Musk tweets, and the left side of Twitter goes bananas. Most of it has to do with Musk buying Twitter and there being a single social media platform on which leftists can't control information. PETA went a different route. They are angrier that Musk drinks chocolate milk. Yes, milk with chocolate syrup in it--possibly chocolate powder. I'm not sure how Musk takes it.

The billionaire took a break from upsetting his poor mother and saying obvious things about Twitter and tweeted about enjoying the simple things in life. No matter how many billions of dollars you have, at the end of the day, you can't go wrong with an ice-cold glass of chocolate milk.

"Chocolate milk is insanely good. Just had some."

It's such a--and I swear this is an unintentional pun--such a milquetoast tweet. Only a nincompoop can get upset over a man enjoying a glass of chocolate milk.

Enter PETA, the O.G. nincompoops of progressive activism. PETA says that because milk comes from cows and cows are killing the planet, the CEO of Tesla is an enviro-poseur.

"Drinking cow’s milk is like driving a gas guzzler. The dairy industry is one of the worst contributors to the climate catastrophe. What happened to caring about the environment?"

As of this writing, Mr. Musk has yet to issue a response or witty retort. If it were me, I'd tweet a photo of myself with a chocolate milk mustache. But that would just be me.
