It's enjoyable to watch the Democrat Party flail around looking for anything that sticks. They appear to have settled on Elon Musk and his DOGE crew (shout out Big Balls) as the boogeyman du jour. The latest attacker? Michigan Senator Elissa Slotkin. As you'll see in Cousin Elon's reaction to her, Democrats will be moving on to someone else.

Slotkin was chosen to give the official response to Donald Trump's Not a State of the Union Address. This is the spot where the opposition party tries out new voices from within their ranks. It rarely ever works out for any of them, and Slotkin was no exception.

Is there anyone in America who is comfortable with him and his gang of 20-year-olds, using there own servers to poke through your tax returns, your health information, and your bank accounts?

It's clear that the billionaires funding and controlling the Democrat Party have polling data suggesting this is an effective line of attack for them. I don't understand it. Is there anyone in America who feels less comfortable than they did with the previous group that had access to our personal information? Like those who leaked the tax returns of people they politically disagree with to the press?

Or what about the 87,000 new IRS agents hired by the People Who Controlled Joe Biden administration, claiming they weren't targeting the middle class (even though they were) and going after any $600 transaction you made on a mobile payment app? Are we supposed to be more comfortable with that?

It's funny how we're expected to be okay with a massive federal government loaded with activists having access to our personal information. Yet a handful of autistic 20-year-old computer nerds is what we're told is troublesome.

As for Cousin Elon, he wasn't moved by Slotkin's argument.

Slotkin's response and the attacks before that have all been for naught. Vast majorities of Americans enjoy and support the work DOGE is doing. We'll have to wait and see who the next boogeyman is that the left is going to call the latest greatest threat to democracy ever. Maybe Pam Bondi.
