Twitter contacted Elon Musk to claim he broke the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that was signed when Musk first entered an agreement to purchase the company. We know this because Musk disclosed on Twitter that Twitter accused him of breaking the non-disclosure agreement. Because it's Musk's world. We all just tweet in it.

Let's recap Friday's drama. Elon woke up and tweeted out a Reuters article estimating spam/fake accounts make up less than 5% of users. Musk added that the deal was temporarily on hold pending details. Not the first time Musk has sent the Twitterverse into a frenzy. Pre-market shares fell 15%. The billionaire clarified he is still committed to the sale.

Musk took to the bird app to crowdsource research help. He wanted users to pick 100 of their followers at random and see how many were bots. At some point, someone on Twitter called to complain, "Dude, what about the NDA?!" The first thing Elon did was tweet that the conversation happened.

There were then these tweets about the Golden State. It could be a generic commentary on what a sh!thole California has turned into. California's sh!tholiness drove Tesla to a more freedom-loving Texas. Or "Golden State" could be a descriptor for Twitter since it's located in San Francisco. If Cali is a sh!thole, San Francisco is the grumpy clogging the toilet.

Elon Musk is smarter than me, owns more successful businesses than me, and has hundreds of billions more dollars than me. I'm only assuming he knows what he is doing. But assuming he does, Musk has made it clear that Twitter is playing by his rules. And those rules depend on what he had for breakfast in the morning.
