The European Union is overflowing with bags of human sewage. They tend to be bad at almost everything... Besides defending the honor of Europe's new special protected class - terrorists. Take a look at their recent decision for instance. The EU is going after one of its "anti-Islam" enemies with the ferocity of a thousand fires lit under their bottom cheeks.

The European Parliament stripped far-right French lawmaker and presidential candidate Marine Le Pen of parliamentary immunity for posting graphic images of victims of the ISIL group.

The lifting of immunity allows a Paris court to prosecute her for posting three images of brutality by the Islamic State of Iraq and ISIS on Twitter in 2015, including a photo of the decapitated corpse of US journalist James Foley.

The problem here? The law doesn't allow for things like this to happen. In Europe, lawmakers get something called parliamentary immunity. It's meant to help shelter them from intimidation and threats. Hence the EU lifted Le Pen's immunity... To do exactly that. Oops.

Even more disturbing is the reason she's being prosecuted...

The offence being considered is "publishing violent images," which under certain circumstances can carry a penalty of three years in prison. Lawmakers voted by a "big majority" on Thursday to deprive Le Pen of her immunity in the case.

Responding to the vote, Le Pen said: "This only shows French citizens what the EU is, what the European parliament is and that it's all part of the system that wants to stop the French people's candidate that I am."

See, when the rules aren't convenient to the EU, they simply change them. Obeying the actual law? Meh. That's for peasants.

Imagine if Marine Le Pen were a leftist who actively spoke out against Christianity instead? Methinks there would be less immunity stripping and way more heralding going on.

Marine's crime was that she dared disagree with the Union and wants France to have a Brexit of their own. While the EU is inviting more terrorism into Europe, people like Le Pen are attempting to plug the hole and stop said terrorism. Thus she quickly became their nemesis. Clearly.

Look, we know the right to free speech isn't a thing in Europe. The EU is helping Islam vacuum seal Europe into a freedomless hijab (see UK Man Actually Arrested for Anti-Islam... Thoughts?! and  Canadian Man Arrested for 'Islamophobic' Social Media Posts). Perhaps that's one reason Britain escaped while it still could.

But the worst part? This is who our leftist leaders are looking to for inspiration. Bernie Sanders repeatedly justified his senile policy ideas with "Well Europe's doing it, SO THERE!" Some American lawmakers are even attempting to adopt these freedom-hating, European ways of life (see Former Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, Wants to Prosecute 'Anti-Islamic' Speech)... To which we say no thanks. Keep your terrorism and oily baguettes to yourself, Europe.
