There was a lot of leftist hand wringing over Jimmy Fallon "humanizing" Donald Trump on "The Tonight Show" (see Politics 2016: Fallon Messes Up Trump’s Hair on Tonight Show). The fact that Fallon is a comedian and a lot of the hand wringing came from the "press", I'll leave for another time. Specifically the time when I feel compelled to ruin comedy. This is why we can't have nice things.

Friday night, it was Hillary Clinton's turn...

Three things here:

1. As I've said, Jimmy Fallon is a comedian. Unlike most comedians however, he's not merely looking to score political points or get fist bumps from his leftist colleagues. There are times where he definitely has. But it's not his M.O. Anytime he has invited a presidential candidate, it's been fun (see Watch Ted Cruz’s Hysterical Conversation with ‘Donald Trump’ and Carly Fiorina Sings About Her Dogs on Tonight Show. No, seriously….). That's the vibe of his show. Good-natured silliness takes priority over proselytizing (and even good comedy).

2. Notice how the cultural reaction has forced the shift from Jimmy Kimmel mocking the AltRight conspiracy of #HillarysHealth, to Jimmy Fallon making fun of her actual health problems? By proxy, it's a soft admission of blatant dishonesty from her campaign.

3. Am I alone in thinking it's weird that there are no clips of this on the official "Tonight Show" YouTube page. They have six clips from Friday's show, yet none with Hillary. Not one?
