Until five minutes ago, society was not required to include all people in all things. That was never a thought because it is so foolish. But the left has taken the term “inclusive" to a whole new extreme. Rather than focusing on including people based on insignificant birth traits, the Federal Aviation Administration is focusing on hiring people who suffer serious mental conditions, including “severe intellectual” disabilities, psychiatric problems, and physical and mental disorders.

That is how deranged the term “inclusive” is. There is absolutely no reason someone with a severe intellectual disability should be charged with regulating aviation, especially when passengers are involved.

According to The New York Post:

“The Federal Aviation Administration is actively recruiting workers who suffer “severe intellectual” disabilities, psychiatric problems and other mental and physical conditions under a diversity and inclusion hiring initiative spelled out on the agency’s website.

'Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring,' the FAA’s website states. 'They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism.'

The initiative is part of the FAA’s 'Diversity and Inclusion”' hiring plan, which claims 'diversity is integral to achieving FAA’s mission of ensuring safe and efficient travel across our nation and beyond.'

The FAA’s website shows the agency’s guidelines on diversity hiring were last updated on March 23, 2022.”

We all know about the flight that turned into a real-life Final Destination movie. You know, how the people who were supposed to be on the flight did not end up boarding. But that saved their lives for the time being. It is just insane that the two people who were supposed to be on the seats missed the flight. But that is beside the point right now. Let’s move back to the fact that this inclusive push for diversity may subsequently be turning life into the burnt toast theory.

But the most scary part is that the next time people are involved in an incident, might not be as lucky as the last time. How many people will have to die under the altar of diversity? What is it going to take for Progressive to realize that their ideology is not only asinine but dangerous?

Are we supposed to believe that this somehow makes them the compassionate ones? Because if people end up dying, I am having a hard to understanding how this would make them the good guys.

The left is a literal death cult. It does not matter to them if people have to die, as long as they are being “inclusive”. That is literally their guiding principle for doing all things and it does not matter if it is at the expense of safety.

I wonder if the diverse pilots will also be flying government planes. But I have a feeling they may be getting different aviation “experts” than the rest of us.

Let's just hope none of us end up with a pilot that suffers from "complete paralysis".
