San Fransico is a fascinating place. It’s currently the poop capital of the nation. It’s home to some of the most expensive houses in the country, yet also has areas that the Third World could not even dream of. And on top of that, the area is currently going through a zombie apocalypse.

At one point in history if someone had told you the Paris of the West would turn into the poster child of everything that you should not do when running a city, you would have thought that was crazy. But sadly, that is what officials have done. They have turned the City by the Bay into a perfect example of what happens when woke ideology takes over. And this wokeness has gotten so incredibly bad that it has infiltrated kindergarten classrooms.

According to The New York Post:

“Students at a San Francisco Bay-area elementary school — where officials hired a for-profit company called “Woke Kindergarten” to train teachers — are continuing to struggle with some of the lowest math and reading scores in the state, according to a report.

The school spent $250,000 in federal funds provided by a program meant to help boost test scores for some of the country’s lowest-performing schools, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, but after two years with ‘Woke Kindergarten,’ students’ scores are reportedly worse.

In a 4% drop in both areas in the last two years, less than 12% of the students at Glassbrook Elementary in Hayward, California, can read at their grade level and under 4% are proficient in math, according to the Chronicle.
Hayward Unified School District Superintendent Jason Reimann told the Chronicle that hiring ‘Woke Kindergarten,’ which he said was supported by the parents and teachers after it was approved by the board, was more about boosting attendance than test scores.”

Call me old-fashioned, but I don’t think it takes $250,000 to “boost attendance”.

“He added, ‘We are in favor 100% of abolishing systems of oppression where they hold our students back. What I do believe is we should pick providers based on their work and how effective they are.’

“‘Woke Kindergarten’ describes itself on its website as ‘supporting children, families, educators and organizations in their commitment to abolitionist early education and pro-black and queer and trans liberation.’”

What exactly does "supporting children" to liberate " pro-black and queer and trans" people even mean? What exactly does that consist of and what is the goal here? Because that is not entirely clear.

Not too long ago parents decided that enough is enough with this crap. They no longer wanted this degenerate ideology spreading within the school system. So they recalled several woke board members. However, it appears no one learned their lesson as the board of education seems to be more woke than ever before.

That's the main problem with progressives. There is a correlation between the more progressive you are, and the higher the chance of you suffering from Stockholm syndrome. And because progressive voters often identify with the goals of local officials, they elect more of the same because their subconscious refuses to make the connection that what and who you vote for, affects policies and outcomes.

But the worst part about all of that is that the people who this ideology hurts the most are often the most vulnerable and innocent members of society.

The organization also has “Woke” words of the day like “ceasefire” “abolish” and “Woke Wonderings” about challenging the “legitimacy of the Supreme Court” and abolishing the police, money and the military.

Even if you agree with asinine things like "abolishing the police" it is clear that this is indoctrination and that is the last thing we should be striving for in education. When students are taught what to think, rather than how to think, that is more often than not, a sign that not much "educating" is going on. That is why this school has awful test scores. They are not educating anyone. They are indoctrinating.

But that is what communists do. They take their illogical ideology and politics and infect the entire school system with that.

And this is so incredibly evil because they are doing this to five-year-olds. These children don't even understand what "pro-black and queer and trans liberation" is and nothing good will come from "teaching" that.

But obviously, those running the show in San Fransico don't tend to produce much "good" to begin with.
