Can we talk about love for just a second? I don't mean the silly "Let's watch Princess Bride together this weekend!" infatuation too often mistaken for love. (No offense meant, you *mawage peeps.)

I mean love. The "greater love has no man than this, that he lay down his life for his friend" love.

That's what love really is. It's not about how handsome he is or how cute she is. It's about investing my life in another person so that we both have better lives because of it. Love is putting someone else's needs above my own and caring about them more than I care about myself.

Enter 50 Cent. This week, the rapper endorsed Hillary Clinton and cited the "real" love between her and Bill as his big reason for supporting her. The other reason? Because it's like she's already been President!

“I also think Hillary was the president already once. You know what I’m sayin’? Some of the things she says feel really comfortable, and roll off."

Really... I'm not even sure what that means. Unless he's talking about the time Hillary was First Lady? And if so... is he saying Hillary ran the show when Bill was in the White House?

Back to the point. If love is caring about someone else more than yourself, we're not really sure how 50 Cent arrived at his "real" love conclusion. From Bill's outright infidelity to Hillary's chucking books and lamps at the former President, that's not exactly what we call love, Mr. Cent. (Or is it Mr. 50 Cent?)

Here's the thing. Liberals can't talk about Hillary's record. Even Hillary won't talk about Hillary's record! Benghazi, deleted emails, sniper fire in Bosnia... no one wants to talk about the lies Hillary's told or what Hillary has (not) actually accomplished.

So we end up with this. A rapper telling us that the Clintons are a beautiful picture of a "real" love story. Sorry, 50 Cent. Even Princess Bride is a better love story than that.
