"Never let a crisis go to waste" is a popular motto on the left, and in no way does it become so obvious as in the case of mass shootings. And it's disgusting enough when the shooting involves most or entirely adults, as in the case with the recent New York subway terrorist and the Buffalo shooter, but when the shooting involves a bunch of children--when the nation is still processing how a person could target small children and the families are still trembling from the initial shock--the tendency of leftist politicians to stand atop the piles of bodies, digging their heels in to call for gun control in the aftermath, is particularly abhorrent.

But that's what the left does, and that's exactly what happened in the case of the Uvalde shooting, which claimed the lives of nineteen children and two adults. The bodies are still warm, but former Vice President Joe Biden couldn't wait another moment before using the tragedy to push the same moronic policies the left has been pushing for ages.

Now, it's bad enough Biden didn't have the decency to wait even a day--not a single day--between when the shooting occurred and when he opened his ignorant mouth to dribble out his gun-grabbing bullsh*t. But the fact that everything he says is complete nonsense makes it even more disrespectful, not only to the victims and their families but to the American people writ large.

Make no mistake, Biden and the Democrats who control him understand what they're doing. They know they are attempting to take advantage of the emotional vulnerability of Americans who rightfully feel terrible about the senseless loss of life.
