SEXISM? Whiny Female Engineers Accuse Facebook of 'Gender Bias'...
Look, we're no fans of Facebook (see FACEBOOK LIES? Leaked Docs Reveal Employees Manipulate 'Facebook Trending'... and Steven Crowder Files Legal Motion Against Facebook Requesting Information). But the book of faces has come under some serious allegations that ring super duper false. Apparently the female engineers over at Zuckerberg, Inc. have gotten their unisex panties in a twist over some slight sexisms within the company.
Facebook is facing backlash over gender bias within its engineering team. According to screenshots of internal discussions, female engineers received 35% more rejections of their code than men.In 2016, a longtime engineer at Facebook gathered data that revealed a controversial finding: Code written by women was rejected much more frequently than code written by their male colleagues. For many female engineers at Facebook, the finding confirmed long-held suspicions that their coding faced more scrutiny than men's.
To hear these broads tell it, FB is essentially running an underground woman-hating patriarchy club (not to be confused with Islam). Also "FB" actually stands for Female Bullies. Because sexism.
Facebook, being the bastion of all things liberal and equal, took these allegations to heart and promptly executed an internal investigation...
Facebook investigated the issue and conducted their own internal review. However, they found that the rejection rates could be attributed to a Facebook engineer's rank and not their gender. And, argued that the conclusions drawn by the former employee are based on "incomplete data" and are invalid.In a statement, Facebook said that "Any meaningful discrepancy based on the complete data is clearly attributable not to gender but to seniority of the employee. In fact, the discrepancy simply reaffirms a challenge we have previously highlighted - the current representation of senior female engineers at Facebook and across the industry is nowhere near where it needs to be."
Notice how an investigation into these allegations quickly dispelled the theory of Facebook's anti-womanness. Now notice something else - all these accusations of isms? They tend to come from inept leftists who blame their ineptitude on everyone else.
These lasses are brave female engineers in a realm of dudely nerdage. One might say their positions are proof enough of equality. Not so fast, bigot. According to these soggy cryholes, the patriarchy is smashing them back through the glass ceiling. It's a hard knock life for them. A moment of silence for their misery, please.

Except liberal Facebook discovered, as we have, the "gender gap" is easily explained by facts. Like in this case, WORK EXPERIENCE.
Simmer down ladies. Facebook isn't mansplaining you. But while we're on the subject of workplace sexism, let Crowder mansplain the wage gap myth for you hens...
