Out of the logical and illogical things one can do when a skating rink cancels your daughter's birthday party, starting a 500-person riot is not even close to one of those things. But one Florida woman thought differently, as she was upset enough to incite a riot that ended up in 26 people arrested after a skating rink canceled her daughter's birthday party.

According to The Post Millennial:

Stephanie Pedroso, 36, was arrested and taken into custody on Wednesday over the May 18 incident. She has been booked on charges of inciting a riot and unlawful use of a two-way communication device to "weaponize rioters," the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.

Investigators said that Pedroso "called for violence" after Astro Skate in Brandon canceled her daughter's after-hours birthday party because Pedroso had failed to meet a contact requirement by not hiring off-duty deputies for the event.

After being informed about the cancellation the day before the event, Pedroso used social media to encourage as many people as possible to "turn up" and "confront law enforcement," according to police.

According to the news release from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, she went on Instagram live and said things like “I hope everybody still shows up and tear this bitch up tomorrow," “Make them crackers work," and “For y’all, if y’all still go up there, tear the f---k out of them. I’ve got some money for y’all, and I’ll pay y’all ass.”

Once on scene, it took deputies nearly six hours to contain the behavior that led to one injury and five local businesses sustaining damage. Deputies arrested 23 juveniles and three adults for the escalation of the chaos at the scene.

Wow. She encouraged 23 juveniles to riot. There are no words for that. In her livestream, she even said she would PAY people to riot. And if she had money to pay 500 people to riot then she had money to pay for a last-minute party somewhere else. But clearly, this woman has never been told "no," as evident by her INSANE reaction to such a nonissue. The mess even ended with one teen being thrown through a window and it's probably safe to conclude she could care less.

"I want to be clear: using social media to encourage people to riot and destroy businesses is completely unacceptable, and we will not tolerate that here in Hillsborough County," said Sheriff Chronister. "This serves as a stark reminder of how quickly situations can spiral out of control and show the importance of responsible behavior and the consequences of inciting violence."

This was all because they canceled a birthday party. What a great role model she is.

She only faces up to five years in prison even though she deserves at least double that. Unclear how it's possible to be that rachet but who knows what damage she would have caused had the party gone on.
