There is a manhunt for Patrick McDowell in Nassau County, Florida. McDowell is accused of shooting a sheriff's deputy at a traffic stop. According to the Florida Times-Union, McDowell did not have a license at a traffic stop and gave sheriff's deputy Joshua Moyers a fake name. When Moyers returned to the vehicle, McDowell pulled out a handgun and started shooting. McDowell shot sheriff's deputy Joshua Moyers once in the face. Then, because the first shot doesn't make McDowell enough of a scumbag, he shot Moyers in the back as the deputy fell to the ground. Deputy Moyers died of the injuries suffered on Sunday afternoon. He was 29 years old.
