Guy who tried to shoot Kyle Rittenhouse is suing him for being a better shot
Gaige Grosskreutz, a man who pointed his gun at Kyle Rittenhouse and attempted to shoot and kill Kyle Rittenhouse, is now suing Kyle Rittenhouse for shooting him in self-defense. Per Fox News, Grosskreutz wants punitive damages, economic losses, and, quote, "damages for emotional distress, humiliation, loss of enjoyment of life, and other pain and suffering on all claims."
A guy named Jacob Blake pulled a knife on police. Police shot him. Leftists and the media (but I repeat myself) didn't wait for facts to come in. Kenosha was burned and destroyed. CNN claimed the riots were "fiery but mostly peaceful protests." Kyle Rittenhouse showed up to help. Two men tried to kill him.
One was Gaige, who admitted under oath that he pulled his gun on Kyle first. The other was pedophile Joseph Rosenbaum, referred to affectionately by his progressive supporters as "JoJo." Rosenbaum is dead now. Gaige was only wounded.
In November of 2021, Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all murder charges.
Now Grosskreutz, who has an unrelated problem sitting upright, is looking for an easy payday. Rittenhouse tells Fox News he looks forward to proving his innocence AGAIN, adding "I guess it came as a shock to why he's filing a lawsuit because he admitted that he pointed a gun in my face and that he chased me down."
This lawsuit is an attempt to drown anyone who legally and justifiably defends there lives from attackers in a mountain of legal debt. We can not let them win. If they can come after me they will come after you. https://t.co/CJxXlGnUMO

You would think this cheap attempt for a payday would get thrown out. You'd also think a partisan District Attorney wouldn't elevate a clear self-defense case to murder one for political reasons. Justice can still be served, as it was for Kyle once. There are still people in our legal system hellbent on making it expensive for him again.
