A dude high on drunks stole a car and ran over a mother pushing her eight-month-old baby in a stroller. A woman and the baby are lucky to be alive. The driver is lucky he lives in Los Angeles, where woke district attorney George Gascon doesn't believe in prosecuting criminals. So much so, that the criminals brag about it.

Here is the incident in question, caught on a security camera.

For this attack, the driver was only given five months in a juvenile probation camp. Not even a juvenile detention center. The DA's office told Fox News that "a youth camp for five to seven months" was "an appropriate resolution" because the baby is uninjured and the woman only got a scrape on her elbow. Left out of that statement is the word MIRACULOUS because both mother and baby are lucky to be alive.

The mother is pissed, saying that George Gascon "doesn't value my life or the life of my child, or any other victim out there."

"I was also told that his record would be wiped clean when he turns 18. How on earth can that be? He tried to murder two innocent pedestrians. Murder. And we have video evidence. My child would be dead if I hadn't been there to protect him."

How on Earth can such a thing be allowed to happen? It's because this is California, where people keep voting for politicians who enact policies like this. In California, if you shoot a gun at a car being driven by a man who molested your four-year-old, you get life in prison while the man walks free. Because on the left coast they hate guns more than pedophiles.

If you are driving a car and use it to run over a mother and a baby, five months probation. Again, because it's California.
