George Takei Has 'Crazy Thought' to Get Rid of AR-15s, Too Crazy to Realize He Makes the Case FOR Gun Rights
Show me you don't understand the underlying issue at hand without showing me you don't understand the underlying issue at hand. Our contestant is George Takei, best known for playing George Takei in cameos that call for George Takei. Also, Star Trek. Takei has a crazy idea. Let's take the 20 million AR-15s people in this country have for self-defense and give them to another country... for self-defense.
Yes, I know another celebrity is in the news for a gun control rant. But we've been down this road with him before, and he's not always alright, alright, alright.
Crazy thought, but those 20 million AR-15s now in this country could sure arm a lot of Ukrainians.

"Crazy thought, but those 20 million AR-15s now in this country could sure arm a lot of Ukrainians."
If you were unfamiliar with the country Ukraine, they had strict gun control. They had to overturn decades of gun control regulations when the citizens found themselves in need of self-defense against home invaders. They had the same gun-laws celebrities like George Takei support. And it turned out that those laws were detrimental to the citizens.
"But Brodigan, that would never happen here. You're paranoid." I'm not willing to find out. The Blaze's Steve Deacee said it best: "Zero chance I'd agree to empower this government with any further authority over my ability to resist it whatsoever -- especially after the last 26 months and counting."
Takei wants to undermine gun rights to arm a country that shows the need for gun rights. Ukraine is a poster child for why we need a second amendment. Takei was making a case for a second amendment and was too quick to "own the gun nuts" to realize it. Brilliant.
