I want to be outraged right now, but really I'm just not surprised. Deep down we all knew it was bound to happen. Gina Carano was and still is the cancel culture fighter we need. But you can only have an opposing viewpoint for so long before Hollywood steps in. A handful of permaoffended woke twats got their scalp, and Carano was fired from The Mandalorian. No, not for questioning corona or America's election laws. The fireable offense was, and I quote, "social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities." One is believed to be this tweet:

The other assumed reason is even stupider. Mandalorian star Pedro Pascal's sister came out as transgender on Wednesday. And because of that, #FireGinaCarano started trending over comments she made about pronouns last September.

I didn't know before but I do now. I won't be putting them in my bio but good for all you who choose to. I stand against bullying, especially the most vulnerable & freedom to choose. They're mad cuz I won't put pronouns in my bio to show my support for trans lives. After months of harassing me in every way. I decided to put 3 VERY controversial words in my bio.. beep/bop/boop I'm not against trans lives at all. They need to find less abusive representation.

The person who explained pronouns to her? Pedro Pascal. She's also right about trans activists being bullies and the need for less abusive representation. Case in point, if I go any further you will not see this post on Facebook. Which, by the way, we're suing hard. Now, if those comments are the reason why Gina was wished well in her future endeavors, you'd think they would have fired her in September. But that would have interfered with season 2 of The Mandalorian. Also, it wasn't like she criticized the Chinese government or anything.

Here's what I think basically happened. Leftists got #FireGinaCarano trending as they usually do. The fact that it wasn't for any specific reason doesn't matter. Hollywood producers got bullied into doing something, so they just chose a social media post from Wednesday as the "final straw." I'll let you decide whether or not you feel Disney only proved the point of her post.

Leftists got their scalp. Disney negotiated with terrorists bent the knee. Those of us on the right? The last time we made our own platform in response to cancel culture, that got canceled too. So we get to decide if we're just going to ignore this happening again or decide we're simply not going to watch TV any more. We could cancel our subscriptions, but it's Disney and none of us are the CCP.

What's more important right now is to make sure to support Gina Carano in whatever she does next. I doubt she's the only entertainer who holds right-wing beliefs. If we want others to come out of the closet with theirs, we need to let them know there's an audience who has their backs.
