Justin Trudeau has declared martial-ish law in Canada. Now, the CBC, Canada's public broadcaster for both radio and television (public meaning funded by the government Trudeau controls) is allegedly emailing citizens who donated to the Freedom Convoy to ask "questions." If you were waiting for things to get worse, here is things getting worse.

GiveSendGo is the crowdsourcing app truckers were using to collect donations. Truckers were using GoFundMe but that platform sold out to the Canadian government. The Canadian government tried to get GiveSendGo to sell out, but they told the government to suck it. So some liberal douche hacked the platform and posted all the donors on Twitter. On Monday, Justin Trudeau suspended civil liberties even though that's not what he'd call it.

Now, chew on this tweet from Ezra Levant, publisher of independent Canadian media outlet The Rebel.

"Trudeau's CBC state broadcaster is combing through the illegally hacked database of GiveSendGo donors, and emailing donors asking them to explain themselves. Trudeau’s state broadcaster is doxxing Trudeau’s political opponents. They’re teeing them up for financial punishments. This is not journalism, any more than Der Sturmer or Pravda was journalism."

As of right now, the only report is this tweet from an independent journalist. Hence my use of the word "allegedly." The Rebel has been covering the convoy from the beginning. I will update this post as more information is made available.

CNN, American's not quite as official state-run media, likes to dox their political opponents on a regular basis and call it journalism. So it's not like there isn't precedence for the CBC to follow, especially with that whole suspending civil liberties thing Trudeau just did.
