Greg Gutfeld Weighs in: Harvey Destroyed Liberals' Grim Worldview of America...
If there's one positive thing coming out of Hurricane Harvey, it's that Americans don't seem to hate each other as much as the left wants us to believe we do. All different races, all different genders, all working together to help each other. And as Greg Gutfeld notes, the left doesn't know how to handle it.
Traditional leftists are in malfunction mode. This is why you’re seeing them now blame Trump for this or for that. They’re trying to find a narrative that matches their grim worldview because Harvey has destroyed their worldview. There's no more division, no more bigotry. There's no more racism. All you're seeing 24/7 is unity, Americans all the time working together. So now [the leftists] go, ' Well, what can we do now? Let's go after Trump.'"
It's not that the left isn't trying as hard as they can to blame Trump for everything, including the hurricane (see MSNBC Uses Hurricane Harvey to Question Gov. Abbott On… Illegal Immigrants and Lilith Fund Taking Hurricane Relief Donations for Abortions. Yes, Really…). But yeah, Americans getting along is bad for the leftist business model, which is based entirely on "people suck, they hate each other, ergo let's raise taxes."
But out in the real world, Americans are just Americans, racing not to divide and hurt each other, but help each other. So after the effects of Harvey wear off, remember the unity the disaster actually brought to a devastated region. Because after a time, the left will ramp up their efforts to divide us. While claiming they're all about love, unity, diversity, and gender-non-binary ham sandwiches.
