We’re getting to a point in which there isn’t a single person on the left who can be trusted to speak the truth. Not that we expect them to be entirely truthful all the time. It’s that people on the left are incapable of telling a single truth. We get lies when it comes to gas prices. When we talk about the border crisis, it’s more of the same. And when it comes to the issue of guns and the left’s insatiable desire to confiscate yours and point theirs at you, their entire platform is based in easily verifiable lies.

None of this, however, prevents them from vomiting the same putrid idiocy each time someone happens to shoot another person.

Well, except in the case of the Dallas shooter last week. We know just how hard they’ve worked to not talk about that one. It’s difficult to make that one fit the narrative regardless of how hard one attempts to shoehorn it in there in Procrustean fashion.

Reality isn’t something with which the left likes to contend. They ignore it whenever necessary, whenever possible to further their agenda. Don’t fall for it.

And we know you won’t, but your liberal aunt with the Hillary 2016 and Bernie 2020 stickers on her Smart Car probably already has. And we know you probably can’t save her from her progressive mental illness, but you might be able to save your friend who won’t stop talking about gun control in the wake of the Buffalo shooting.

Maybe she’s savable… Maybe not. It might be worth a shot, though. (Pun slightly intended.)
