While the few things that really separate America from the rest of the Western world--and really the entire world--we still have various rights enjoyed nowhere else. One of those rights is the first amendment, the right to free speech. Canada doesn't have it. The EU doesn't have it. And the UK doesn't have it, either--something British YouTuber Kellie-Jay Keen, aka Posie Parker, found out the hard way.

Breitbart reports that after recording and posting a video in which she criticized the LGBTQ+ lobby for "having a 12-year-old boy dancing on stage in drag," someone didn't take kindly to her comments. She was being mean to pedophiles (or as the Brits call them paedophiles).

Who would have thought pointing out that the sexual exploitation of young children is pedophilic behavior and wrong could get someone into legal trouble? But then, it's the UK, and we've known they've sucked since 1776. Their people just haven't quite figured that out yet.

There are several aspects of this that have me worried about the future of the UK. First, who is getting upset by someone calling out the disgusting behavior of pedophiles? Aren't they the bad guys? Shouldn't we all want pedophiles wiped from the face of the planet? Obviously not. I guess there's a soft spot for child-diddlers in the UK.

Next, the police not only took the call/complaint seriously, but they went to the house of this woman to make it clear to her that the complaint was made. Now, it doesn't look as if she was arrested or anything, but the move was clearly an intimidation tactic of srts, right? "Shut your mouth about pedophiles, or we'll be back to throw you in prison," or something like that.

Finally, hate crime? I hate mushrooms: if I said so aloud and in public could I be arrested if some mushroom-loving hipster with fungi-green hair gets all butt-hurt about it? It also kind of makes light of what that phrase has traditionally meant, doesn't it. So both clubbing black people to death in a string of murders and pointing out pedophiles now fall into the same category? That doesn't seem right. At least to me, it doesn't, but then I have a functioning brain.

It is nice to know, however, that America isn't the only country dealing with the woke brain disease. At least if we go down, everyone will probably go down with us.
