Equity has not done any good in the world and ever since the term was coined, it has only caused destruction, misery, and death. So you would think that because the concept is inherently evil, schools would not be promoting it as something better than equality. But that is not true in many cases, including at Herricks Public Schools.

Herricks Public Schools in New York is providing lessons from the United Nations to fifth graders that promote "equity" over "equality."

According to Parents Defending Education:

On December 1, 2023, Herricks Public Schools posted on Facebook that fifth grade students from elementary schools within the district “took a field trip up to Herricks High School for a series of presentations and activities organized by students in the High School Independent Research Class” to learn the perceived difference between “equality” and “equity.” Parents Defending Education submitted a public records request to the district for documents, presentations, or other materials used for this lesson that fifth grade students received.

The district provided PDE with a document of sources that claimed the lesson came from the United Nations:

The theme of Educational Equity is taken from the UN SDG Goal 4 in providing educational equity across the developing world. Using the goals of the UN to evaluate the steps thus far to achieve their goals the following research was explored for students to create their own projects to showcase what is being done across the developing world to meet the UN goals and how the UN is supporting the achievement of those goals.

This United Nations goal states: “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” A major point of this goal appears to be to teach students to be political activists:

“By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture’s contribution to sustainable development.”

One resource from the United Nations used for the lesson explicitly explains that “equity” is distributing resources unevenly to people the UN considers “most in need.”

Basically, the entire lesson plan is intended to turn students into radical political activists.

You know a movement is evil when it relies on indoctrinating students. But that’s not surprising considering the left's entire political narratives collapse the very movement it is held up to scrutiny. That is why they not only have to indoctrinate students, they must do so at younger and younger ages.

This sort of political ideology was first used to indoctrinate college students. But every year they begin to add more and more generations in hopes that this will eventually destroy all forms of logic in the mass population.

It’s so irritating how they use vague euphemisms to make kids think they are backing a just cause. Who wouldn't want to defend “human rights'' or a “promotion of a culture of peace.” These things sound sane and good to any idiot on the street, but what they truly intend to do is, arguably very evil.

It’s also extremely foolish considering you cannot have a “promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence” if there is “global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity.” Cultural peace and cultural diversity can never coexist.

That said, this is nothing new, children have been the target of many evil movements throughout history. But that does not make it any less evil.

A telltale sign that a cause is malice is when it relies on the innocence of kids. This is why we often see evil legislation pretending to be put forward in the hopes of “protecting children.” That is why the left will scream things like “protect trans kids.” Because only an evil person would not want to protect kids - no matter whether they are trans or not. But that very slogan does nothing to protect kids. It de facto harms kids.

It is quite clear that Marxists are trying to indoctrinate children in their pursuit of progressive utopia. And that is very, very evil.
