God I hope this is true. Mike Pompeo was reportedly told by Donald Trump to take a CD of Elton John's music, including "Rocket Man" to North Korea. As a gift to Kim Jong Un, aka "Rocket Man." If this story is true, Donald Trump wins the international trolling game. Forever.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo reportedly brought a CD with the Elton John song “Rocket Man” to give as a gift to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un during his visit to the country.

Pompeo arrived in North Korea on Friday amid talks between the two countries over denuclearizing North Korea.

Pompeo brought two gifts for Kim, including a letter from President Trump and the CD, according to The Chosun Ilbo, a top newspaper in South Korea.

But wait, it gets better:

According to the outlet, when Kim referenced Trump’s nickname, Trump asked him if he’s familiar with the song. Trump later asked Pompeo to bring a copy of the CD during his subsequent trip.

In other words, Trump's giving Kim Jong more background on Trump's insulting nickname for Kim Jong. That be like if I called NotGayJared a "Lilliputian" then followed up with a question: "Jared, do you know what a 'Lilliputian' even is?" If he said no, I'd give him a copy of Johnathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels so he could familiarize himself with the context of my insult.

Is this a wise diplomatic move? I don't even care. We're talking about a ruthless dictator who tortures his own people. I'm perfectly fine with a little international trolling via Elton John's greatest hits. Burning out a fuse up here alone. This move goes perfectly with Trump's initial letter to Kim Jong, in which he references blowing North Korea off the planet. Or that time Trump said his button was bigger than Kim Jong's. While Ted Cruz was my first choice, I must say I don't think he'd ever be this hilarious with our enemies.
