Hillary Clinton Lackey Attacks Anthony Bourdain. Whose Girlfriend Accused Weinstein of Rape...
Many on the left, or at least some on the left, are disappointed in Hillary Clinton's lack of a response about her good friend and generous donor, Harvey Weinstein. Among them, Anthony Bourdain.
know what Hillary Clinton is NOT? She's not stupid. Or unsophisticated about the world. The Weinstein stories had been out there for years— Anthony Bourdain (@Anthony Bourdain) 1507765246.0
To be clear, we're not blaming Hillary for Weinstein's actions. Neither is Bourdain.
@thatgregorydude True. But her response has been disappointing at best.— Anthony Bourdain (@Anthony Bourdain) 1507766619.0
Now, yes #MAGA crowd, we remember how Bourdain made a joke about poisoning the president. He's also spoken out against the left (see Celebrity Chef Anthony Bourdain Blasts Liberals’ Hatred of Middle America and Celebrity Chef Anthony Bourdain: ‘The Left is Both Ugly and Counterproductive…’), so try and keep your big boy pants on while you read this. Because Bourdain has a very specific reason why he's disappointed is Hillary. Bourdain's current girlfriend is Asia Argento.
In a New Yorker article released Tuesday morning, Argento, 42, claims that Weinstein sexually assaulted her in 1997, forcibly performing oral sex on her. She alleges that she was invited to what was supposed to be a Miramax party at a hotel in France, but arrived to find Weinstein alone in his hotel room. “He asks me to give a massage. I was, like, ‘Look man, I am no f—–g fool,’ ” Argento told writer Ronan Farrow of her experience. “But, looking back, I am a f—–g fool. And I am still trying to come to grips with what happened.” She later added: “It wouldn’t stop. It was a nightmare.”
.@AsiaArgento I am proud and honored to know you. You just did the hardest thing in the world. https://t.co/i2Lsb6h5vU— Anthony Bourdain (@Anthony Bourdain) 1507648608.0
Can we use the word “rapist” now? #Weinstein— Anthony Bourdain (@Anthony Bourdain) 1507648722.0
So, you can imagine Bourdain's disappointment as a Hillary Clinton supporter (Clinton allegedly stands for women to the point where she blamed women for her election loss) in the former presidential candidate taking five days, FIVE, to respond to Weinstein. The response was "meh" at best (see Daily Show Creator Blasts Obama/Hillary Silence on Harvey Weinstein and KellyAnne Conway Illustrates Hillary’s Political Hypocrisy with One Tweet).
Which brings us to Brian Fallon, Hillary's former flak. He's angry too. At Anthony Bourdain.
Go eat a scorpion or something. https://t.co/jlKBC2TDmI— Brian Fallon (@Brian Fallon) 1507775699.0
Siding with a Clinton when there's an accusation of a woman being raped by a powerful man. Imagine that.
