In the wake of Jim Acosta being told he's rife with suckage and Donald Trump calling the media a pack of lying doucheburritos  for the seven-millionth time, the left is putting their foot down.

They'd prefer we holster our middle digits and Donald Trump allow them to spread falsehoods without inference. Some are even going so far as to accuse us the Donald of inciting violence by being so critical.

Just ask this leftist historian:

CNN presidential historian Douglas Brinkley claimed that the President "is really trying to incite violence against reporters," and went on to laud journalists like host Don Lemon, predicting that those who "stood up to a President acting like a despot" will be respected by history.

The liberal historian asserted: "He is really trying to incite violence against reporters. How else can you interpret it? If they're the enemy, you're supposed to stamp out the enemy."

I think, 50 years from now, people are going to look at this as great journalism going on here and who stood up to a President acting like a despot and who held the President accountable, and you're going to have a who's who of great journalists who are working at The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal, etc.

Notice the part about the "feeling of violence" regarding Jimmy Acosta at the Trump rally. It would appear telling a partisan hack his network sucks now counts as "violence." At least when the network is a front for leftist propaganda.

The left is angry with us over us accusing them of fake newsery. Yet, instead of working to prove the Trumpers' accusations to be bunk, they're responding with even more fake news.

Just listen to historian guy. He's talking as if a Trumpian militia is marching in formation toward MSNBC headquarters. Laws are passing to restrict the New York Times' use to liners for birdcages only. A group of Trumpers tried roasting Jim Acosta over an open fire.

If the leftist media wants to stop the so-called "violence" they have to deal with, they could try not lying for a change. This drama queen routine certainly isn't working.
